Election of study method very determine the quality of in course of study. Quality of study always related to correct organizational strategy and is hereinafter sent to correct strategy student also ( Dimyati, 1994). In general students have accustomed to learn which was teachers centred. Therefore student will find difficulties to transfer other way which they have never experience of. But after experiencing of study of NHT, student feel more active in activity of study.
The purpose of this research are to know difference Mathematic Result of Study between student getting model study cooperative type of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with student getting conventional study at items trigonometry the student in class X SMA Negeri _________. This Research is quantitative approach of type research of quasi experiment and also Device research the used is study case one-shot. Research population is class student of X1 - X5 SMA Negeri _________. The manner take of sampel that is by testing equality two ability mean early class of X1-X5 later, then after tested, and known mean of class of X1-X5 is same, and than sampel taken away from two class at random that is one as experiment class and one as control class. Ability data early obtained from items test value before all.
Analyst technique which used in this research that is using test of t two sampel. Before test t done data result of learning mathematics tested by using normality test and homogeneity test. In this case the examination of using minitab 13.0 for Windows.
Based on the result of analysis research obtained mean result of learning experiment class mathematics 69,51 and class control 60,57, therefore can be concluded that there are difference of result learn mathematics between student getting model study of type co-operative of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with student getting conventional study at class student trigonometry discussion fundamental of X SMA Negeri __________ and in the reality result of learning student mathematics using study cooperative of NHT better than result of learning student mathematics using conventional study model.
Researcher suggest study of Cooperative type better NHT shall earn to be used as by consideration of mathematics teacher as one of the alternative model study of other cooperative in activity of study so that can improve result learn student. For other researcher wishing apply this study form, can do similar research to other items.
